Wikipedia nonsense - provinces of Kenya

Template was deleted, justification given was, that the content is in the other template mentioned.

But as of 2014-06-13 it is not.

Result: No template for the provinces of Kenya.

And it would have been so easy to just redirect the old template to the new one.
