Could it please be noted that the move requester is a particularly disruptive, single-minded sock who has consistently refactored articles, categories, etc. surrounding linguistics making unilateral/executive moves and changes without explaining himself/herself (until challenged), and making a dog's breakfast of said articles and categories.
