*j = /dZ/ = /d͡ʒ/
*j = /dZ/ = /d͡ʒ/
and it is not possible to write /S/ or /Z/, not even for proper names. If the affricates would be split into two letters
One fricative:
*tc = /tS/ = /t͡ʃ/
*x = /ʃ/
*dj = /dZ/ = /d͡ʒ/
 
then it would be possible to write  
 
*c = /S/ = /ʃ/ - found in Lojban, old IPA, Uropi, Reformed Esperanto
