Writing system

Splitting affricates (a change to writing NOT to language) into two letters - currently:

  • c = /tS/ = /t͡ʃ/
  • j = /dZ/ = /d͡ʒ/

and it is not possible to write /S/ or /Z/, not even for proper names. If the affricates would be split into two letters

  • tc = /tS/ = /t͡ʃ/
  • dj = /dZ/ = /d͡ʒ/

then it would be possible to write

  • c = /S/ = /ʃ/ - found in Lojban, old IPA, Uropi, Reformed Esperanto
  • j = /Z/ = /ʒ/ - found in Ido, Novial, Sambahsa, LFN, Lojban
